EXPERIENCE

​Charmian offers clients her knowledge and experience of property law, commercial law, wills and estates, banking and finance and property litigation including strata title, landlord and tenancy, boundary, fence, tree and building defects disputes. 

​

Charmian is skilled in a diverse range of property transactions and prior to her admission as a lawyer, completed an Advanced Diploma in Conveyancing. 

​

Charmian has a special interest in estate planning and has recently completed a further Master of Laws majoring in wills and estates. 

 

Charmian has appeared in various jurisdictions including the NSW Civil & Administrative Tribunal, Local Court, District Court, Supreme Court and the NSW Court of Appeal.
